1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the GOALER platform at goalerapp.com (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of service

GOALER operates as an amateur sports platform that organizes pickup soccer games, tracks player statistics, builds team rosters, and generates player performance ratings. The entity responsible is GOALER LLC (d/b/a GOLER LLC), established as a Florida limited liability company.

3. Account registration

Platform access requires registration using a valid phone number. Users must furnish accurate information and maintain secure account credentials, accepting responsibility for all account-related activity.

4. SMS messaging

Registration constitutes consent to receive text messages for:

One-time verification codes for login.
Game invitations from communities you have joined.
Game-day notifications (schedule reminders, team assignments, results).

Message frequency varies based on your community activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out by replying STOP to any message or reply HELP for assistance.

5. User conduct

Prohibited activities include:

Provide false or misleading information.
Manipulate game statistics, ratings, or standings.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.

6. Player data and statistics

Game statistics, ratings, and performance data are collected during games you participate in. This information generates player cards, community standings, and leaderboards. Participation implies consent to the collection and display of performance information.

7. Highlight videos

Game footage and highlight clips may be uploaded by community administrators. Participation acknowledges that footage may be uploaded and linked to player profiles.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, and technology on the Platform are the property of GOALER LLC. The GOALER name, logo, and branding constitute trademarks. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

GOALER LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Liability caps at amounts paid within twelve months preceding claims.

11. Assumption of risk

Amateur sports involve inherent physical risks. GOALER functions as technology infrastructure without organizing or supervising physical activities. Participation constitutes assumption of injury-related risks and release of liability.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Changes to terms

Updates may occur periodically. Continued platform use indicates acceptance of modifications.

14. Governing law

Florida state law governs these provisions. Broward County, Florida courts resolve disputes.
